PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Blanched almond flour is produced through a process that involves removing the skin from almonds and then finely grinding the peeled almonds into a fine, powdery consistency.
 
The almonds undergo blanching, a step where they are briefly immersed in boiling water to loosen the skin. Following blanching, the almonds are rapidly cooled, which facilitates the removal of the skin by gently rubbing or air pressure. The blanched almonds are then dried to eliminate excess moisture. Once dried, the skinless almonds are ground into a fine flour texture using specialized milling equipment.

STORAGE AND HANDLING
 
This is a Shelf-stable product. It does no require refrigeration. The optimal storage condition is <68 ºF, at <65% humidity.
